(1) Ratify the Third Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the notification procedure to provide social and international measures to protect the child from usurpations of state power, as well as measures to expose and investigate state crime against society and the family.

(2) Add to the (planned in Poland) referendum on the admission of migrants the question: "Do you object to foreign courts taking children away from their parents on the basis of foreign law or European Union law and ultimately deciding on families?" in order to maintain international family law and European Union law within treaty and democratic limits.

(3) Ratify the Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance to establish international protection against state criminals and state terror.

(4) Ensure democratic adjudication on the responsibility of judges in disciplinary and judicial proceedings, independent of judges and politicians, in order to protect against the transformation of the judiciary into organized crime under conditions of impunity for judges.

(5) Ensure social and family advocacy of the rights and interests of the child in judicial and administrative proceedings, independent of judges, politicians and professional lawyers and of state decisions, in order to prevent family affairs from turning into a feeding ground for officials and lawyers.
